Glenn Kramer's expertise is assisting companies in their development of sustainable environment, social, governance (ESG) strategies. He directs companies in measuring their progress against established metrics and externally reporting their programs and results to stakeholders. Through June 2016, Glenn was the Director of Sustainability at Hess Corporation. He led Hess's strategy to achieve first quartile ranking for ESG reporting, transparency and performance among its peers.
Glenn has 30-plus years of experience in the oil and gas industry. His knowledge base includes; strategy and planning, marketing economics, audit, remediation, regulatory affairs, compliance and external ESG reporting.

Glenn received a bachelor's degree in economics, with magna cum laude honors, from Washington University in St. Louis, and a master's degree in business administration, with honors, from Columbia University. Professional affiliations include; International Petroleum Industry Environmental Conservation Association (IPIECA) climate change workgroup and reporting taskforce, American Petroleum Institute (API) climate change steering committee and Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) oil and gas sector taskforce.
